Owner Operator DOT Consortium Package

FMCSA Compliant Drug & Alcohol Testing & Consortium

This package is designed for owner operators* (Only Owner and Only Driver) regulated by the Federal Motor Carrier Safety Administration (FMCSA) – trucking companies and bus companies. This package is a great value as it includes all RANDOM testing for the calendar year. Price is per person per calendar year; if purchased in the 4th Quarter of the year, this payment will apply to the following year and a prorated amount will be due for the current year.

The package includes:

• Enrollment into Random Testing Consortium,

• Enrollment Certificate,

• MRO Certified Testing Results,

• required annual clearinghouse query,

• pre-employment DOT drug test (DOT Urine Drug Test)

• DOT random drug screen/confirmation for 1 year

• DOT random alcohol screen for 1 year

• Clearinghouse Query

The fee is per driver. The $90 fee includes:

• Pre-employment test,

• FMCSA Clearinghouse pre-employment query, and

• Enrollment in the annual random consortium which includes all random tests for the calendar year. Standard 5 panel DOT drug screen with confirmation if required. Standard DOT alcohol swab screen(confirmation testing will be additional if positive).

These Items will be required to complete your account set up and for DOT compliance:

• Signed Credit Card Authorization to cover any future charges for service provided – sent via email during account set up. This does not cover tests for post accident, reasonable suspicion, follow up, return to duty.

• You are also required to respond to emails and phone calls which are only made or sent in regard to DOT compliance or billing issues.

*You are required to be enrolled in DOT Drug/Alcohol Testing under FMCSA if you:

• hold a Commercial Driver’s License (CDL), or similar license issued by Mexico or Canada, AND

• operate a Commercial Motor Vehicle (CMV) in any state

  • a CMV is defined as a vehicle:

    • with a gross vehicle weight rating/gross vehicle weight or gross combination weight rating/gross combination weight of 26,001 or more lbs, or

    • designed to carry 16 or more passengers (including the driver), or

    • of any size that is used to transport hazardous materials which require the vehicle to be placarded
